                Streck, Inc. signs distribution agreement with GenomePrecision

                    Streck, Inc. and GenomePrecision Technology have signed an exclusive distribution agreement which will entitle GenomePrecision to distribute Streck’s cell stabilization, molecular, urinalysis and flow cytometry products in mainland China.

                       Established in 1971, Streck develops and manufactures products for clinical and research laboratories. Streck'’'s passion for innovation, quality and service has allowed the organization to become a world leader in the development of quality control and diagnostic products that help laboratories ensure accurate and timely results for patients. Streck offers the industry'’'s leading automated erythrocyte sedimentation rate instrument and is a worldwide supplier of blood collection tubes that standardize methods for sample collection, stabilization and transportation. Expanding product lines include flow cytometry, body fluids and urinalysis with emerging products being developed for the burgeoning field of molecular diagnostics.

                       In recent years molecular diagnostic technologies have seen a rapid development. Next-generation sequencing(NGS) technologies, in particular, have seen wide application in Noninvasive Prenatal Testing(NIPT), Human Genetic Testing(HGT), Circulating Tumor Cell(CTC) Genetic Analysis and diagnosis of other diseases . To ensure accurate and reliable results, not only highly precise instruments and high quality reagents are needed, but the quality of sample collection vessels for use in such precise tests should not be overlooked.
